Rock River Basin TMDL

TMDL stands for "Total Maximum Daily Loads". They are an analysis of the amount of pollutant that a body of water can receive and still meet water quality standards. The City of Watertown is in the Rock River TMDL Subwatersheds 28, 29, and 30 as shown in the images below.
