If you have a code enforcement issue which requires attention, you may complete the following complaint form. The confidentiality of all complaintants are protected by Wisconsin State Statute 19.35(1)(am)1 which can by found by clicking here. Once completed, the complaint form may be submitted to our office via hand delivery, mail (the mailing address is on the top of the form), or email (E-mail the Office).
Once received in our office, we process the paperwork. Our Code Enforcement Officer then performs a site visit at each of the properties and will take pictures. A letter then is prepared and mailed from our office to the owner of the property providing the owner with the issue that needs to be addressed and a specific timeline in which to complete the work. We place the property address on our calendar and follow up with the owner either with an additional letter or citations until such time the issue has been resolved.
