Immunizations

Watertown Department of Public Health provides immunizations to prevent diseases.

**TB & Immunization clinics will be held by appointment only. Please call to set up appointments.  Contact the office with any questions.**

Please bring current immunization records with you. Some paperwork will need to be filled out before our screening process

State supplied vaccines for those eligible will be:

$15 for those living inside the Watertown City limits

$20 for those living outside the City limits

Eligibility
Children through age 18 are eligible for Vaccines for Children at the health department if they are:

  • Medicaid eligible or Medicaid-enrolled

  • Uninsured

  • American Indian or Alaska Native

  • Underinsured: They have health insurance, but the coverage does not include vaccines, or only covers selected vaccines


Private pay vaccinations for adults are also provided during our clinic hours.

TB skin tests are provided by appointment.  Please see schedule below.
