Cigarette, Tobacco, and Electronic Vaping Device License

Cigarette, Tobacco, and Electronic Vaping licenses must be obtained to sell these products over the counter (pertains to any product containing nicotine). The State of Wisconsin no longer allows the sale of tobacco through vending machines. License shall be issued by the City Clerk.

Licenses shall be valid for one year and will expire annually on June 30. 
Fill out the required forms below, as they apply to your business, and turn them into the City Clerk along with the $100 license fee. Background check fees will apply and are $7 per individual.
